This galaxy cake is for our youngest daughter Kalina who celebrates today Tsvetnitsa. She adores everything related to the galaxy. The other passion is the unicorn. That's why I made a combination. The layers are pink with strawberry flavor and chocolate. The filling is chocolate cream. I made a hole in the center of the cake and I filled it with chocolate eggs. The unicorn on an edible paper is attached to a vanilla cookie. I used French macaroons, edible star, bubble gums, colored sugar rocks, edible pearls, sprinkles...
