Paw Patrol cake

Happy birthday, dear Chrisi! I wish you to be always as happy as you are and to keep always your charming smile!

 This  year for his 3rd birthday party Chrisi wanted the cute dogs from the popular movie "Paw Patrol".

Together with Chrisi's mom we decided to put plastic toys on the cake. Hopefully I found one of his favorite dogs (I'm sorry I don't know the name of it,this one in the middle of the cake).

The rest of the decorations are made out of fondant, colored icing and some candies in the shape of bones :)

The cake is combination of vanilla and chocolate layers and the filling is fluffy chocolate cream.

First birthday cake

Happy birthday!!! Today is the first birthday of a charming baby girl! I wish her all the best!

Her loving mom picked up the idea for the cake. She sent me the photo and she asked me for a chocolate cake with chocolate filling inside. From inside is chocolate from outside is white :)

Naked cake for Sonia's birthday

Happy birthday,dear Sonia! I wish you all the best! Be always in good health, be always positive  and be surrounded by your loved ones!

This naked cake is made out of vanilla and chocolate layers, the filling is cheesecake cream. I used chocolate ganache and fresh fruit. Have an amazing birthday, dear Sonia!

Farm cake

Happy birthday, George! 

This cake was a nice and sweet surprise to George made by his charming wife. The family has a very small girl who adores  farm animals. Instead of the traditional barn the mom asked me to make a cute house.

All the decorations are made out of fondant. The house is made out of Rice Crispy and then decorated by fondant.

Tennis cake

Happy birthday,Alek!

 

Last Sunday was Aleks' birthday celebration at the Bulgarian church in Montreal. As you can guess from the cake Aleks interests right now are connected with tennis. His parents wanted to surprise him with this cake and they gave me the idea how the cake should look like.

 

 

The cake is made out of chocolate layers and very light, no buttery chocolate cream. The decorations are made out of fondant. 

 

I wish Aleks to continue enjoying and playing tennis. One day I hope to see this result form the cake on a real tennis board! Good luck,Aleks!

Call of duty III cake

Last week was Erik's 13th birthday. His cake wish this year is the very popular game Call of duty III.

Erik's mom sent me some pictures of similar cakes and that's what I created.

The cake is chocolate with chocolate cream. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Rapunzel cake

Happy birthday, dear Nikoleta! Have a great birthday party full of beautiful gifts, nice surprises and a lot of smiles!

Nikoleta's cake wish this year is the very beautiful Rapunzel. The princess is plastic decoration that will be a good memory for Nikoleta from this birthday party. All other decorations are made out of fondant. The tower is built out of cookies and ice cream cone.

The cake is a combination of chocolate and vanilla layers. The filling is made out of mascarpone cream, whipping cream and powdered sugar. I used also mini eclairs to make the cake more delicious :)
