Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for a birthday. The idea for the cake is not mine, unfortunately... A photo with a similar cake was sent to me and they asked me to make a cake like this. I hope you like it!

Happy birthday, Kathy! I wish you health, happiness and good luck in everything!

It's a raw cake made out of dried dates and cranberries, finely ground almonds, coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut oil.

All decorations are made out of fondant. Hearts on the top of the cake are edible lace.
