Happy birthday, Alex!
This cake is a sweet birthday surprise. It is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers gently attached by vanilla light cream and fresh raspberries and blueberries. The helmet is made out of Rice Crispy and chocolate ganache. The house design is on edible paper.
