Happy birthday, dear Yana! Be very happy and healthy, be always surrounded by your loved ones!
This cake is for Yana's birthday. It was ordered by her loved one who wanted to surprise her with something sweet.
The cake is raw and it's made out of raw finely ground almonds and dried fruit like dates, raisins and cranberries. I used also coconut oil, lemon zest and lemon juice and chia seeds. The cake is decorated my chocolate ganache and fresh fruit.
I added also two orange heart candies made out of Candy Melts by Wilton.
