This birthday cake is made out of vanilla layers. The filling is very light and fluffy vanilla cream full of fresh raspberries and blackberries. The cake is covered by a very thin coat of whipping cream and on the top I spread some chocolate ganache. The decorations are fresh fruit. Only the sign is made out of fondant.
