Raspberry cheesecake



My raspberry cheesecake....hmmm, yummy-yummy! 
The dessert that I made is not a traditional cheesecake. What does it mean? It means that I didn't follow the recipe.

The bottom is a vanilla layer. The filling I made out of cream cheese, mascarpone, condensed milk and raspberry jam. I decorated the dessert with finely ground almonds and fresh raspberries.

Oh, I forgot the heart cookie :) Anyway, it's February - the month of LOVE!


By the way, this is a no-bake cheesecake. Simple and delicious!
