The cake is made out of chocolate layers, fluffy chocolate filling and chocolate ganache. As you can see it for chocolate lovers  :) All decorations are made out of fondant.

40th anniversary cake

As you can see this is an anniversary cake. I made it almost a month ago but I couldn't find the time to post it...

It's a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers with light and delicious chocolate cream. I used chocolate ganache and fresh berries.

Avengers cake

Happy birthday, Kristoffer! Have a great birthday party!!!

Kristoffer's cake wish for his birthday party is Avengers!!!! His favorite hero is the Spiderman. That's why I decided to make the character out of fondant.

The cake is vanilla with light and fluffy chocolate cream. The is covered by chocolate ganache and all of the decorations are made out of fondant.

Nikoleta's birthday cake

This year Nikoleta got a naked cake for her birthday. The layers are vanilla, the filling is a combination of vanilla and chocolate fluffy cream with small eclairs. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and colorful sprinkles. The lollipops are made out of fondant.

Sophia's birthday cake

Happy birthday, dear Sophia! We wish you happiness and joy, success and good luck! We love you and we are so proud of you!

 

This year Sophia wanted to be surprised with the cake. While I was working on it I was trying to hide all details. My daughter mentioned that she wanted flamingos, pineapples and flowers...I made a very small cake. It's 15 cm diameter one covered by Wilton's icing. The decorations are made out of fondant. This is my first painted cake on icing. I used gel paints. Being honest with you, I found it a lit bit difficult and challenging. Let's have a look around...

Let's look what was inside... Chocolate layers with milk chocolate mousse filling. It was delicious!

Kristine's cake

A similar cake was chosen by Kristine and her mom for the birthday party. They sent me a photo. The cake was stunning! Beautiful flowers all over the 3-tier cake....Here is my version of it. I don't have the same flower cutter and I couldn't find it anywhere else. That's why I experimented and that is what I did...I hope you will like the cake.

The 2-tier cake is made out of chocolate and rainbow layers. The filling is light and fluffy vanilla cream. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. The flowers are made out of fondant and gum paste.
