Happy birthday, Pepa! I wish you all the best!
This cake I made for Pepa's 50th birthday. The lady asked me for a cake that will be a surprise for her. The only thing that I asked her was what she didn't like. Here it's the moment to thank Pepa for her trust to me.
The cake is vanilla and the cream filling is made out of mascarpone and wild berries. It's covered by mascarpone butter cream and I used white chocolate ganache on the top. The decorations are fresh raspberries, Ferrero Roche, Lindth, macaroons, chocolate chips and a lot of love! It was such a pleasure to me to made and decorate this cake! Thank you, Pepa!!!
