Happy birthday, Nikola!

Nikola's birthday cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers gently attached by light and fluffy vanilla cream with fresh blueberries. Nikola wanted a lot of fruit and tha's why I decided to decorate the cake with delicious wild berries.

Fortnite cake

This year Andy's cake wish is Fortnite cake. He picked up the photo. The layers are rainbow - vanilla with colorful sprinkles. The filling is delicious whipping cream. I spread a lot of colorful sprinkles everywhere around the cake :)

Halloween cake

That's my this year's Halloween cake for my kids. It's chocolate (everyone likes chocolate) with colored in orange butter cream. I used jelly candies in the shape of Halloween ghosts and pumpkins. I decided to use them in fault line cake. Unfortunately, the candies were too big and I didn't want to use a lot of butter cream around the cake because finally the cake will be too sweet and buttery...

I used some thematic edible pictures and sprinkles. I made the cake 3-4 days before Halloween as a sweet surprise to my kids.

20th wedding anniversary cake

This 20th wedding anniversary cake was ordered by an amazing lady who wanted to surprise her loving husband for their wedding anniversary. The filling of this number cake is made out of mascarpone that adds the delicious final touch of this dessert. As you can see from the photos there are fresh fruit, sprinkles, fondant colors and a lot of ...love. 

Black forest cake

Laptop cake

This anniversary cake is vanilla with dulche de leche filling. The cake was ordered by the wife who wanted to surprise her husband for his birthday.

Madeira's fault line cake

As you can see and read this cake is made out of madeira layers - very rich in cocoa, solid and irresistible delicious. The cream filling is chocolate mouse with fresh raspberries.
