New recipe for almond flour muffins

I'm so proud to announce my new muffin recipe with almond flour. As you know I adore all the desserts with almonds.

Recipe for 6 muffins:

• 3 eggs
• 160gr. maple syrup or 1/2 cup
• 150gr. almond flour or 1 1/2 cup
• 1/4 cup coconut oil (optional)
• almond extract

The mix is enough for 6 muffins. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius.

When you pour the batter in the muffin cups fill almost to the top of the paper cups.

Brian's cake

Happy birthday, Brian! I wish you lovely childhood, good health and a lot of friends!

This cake is for Brian's 4th birthday party. He adores Thomas the train and his friends. That's why his mom asked me for this thematic cake. The lady will put the trains on the rails and they will be ready to go to Brian and his friends.

The cake is vanilla with light and fluffy vanilla cream filling. It's not a fondant cake this time. I used butter cream colored in green and blue. Some of the decorations are made out of fondant.
