Naked cake for friends

Chocolate layers gently attached by fluffy chocolate cream....Irresistibly delicious chocolate ganache with almond flakes, some fruit and macaroons...All this together is my last cake that I made for a family friends.

 I adore naked cakes. That's why I decided to make a cake like this for our friends.

Zaharinka's birthday cake

Happy birthday, dear Zaharinke!!!! Be very happy!!!! Be always surrounded by true friends! Enjoy your birthday party!

The cake is made out of vanilla layers and fluffy chocolate cream. I used finely ground almonds for the decoration around the cake and delicious ganache that I poured over the cake.

I made also chocolate swirls, I used grape and blackberries, I added colorful edible pearls.

Simple Valentine's cookies and muffins

Today I decided to make some muffins for my kids. Nothing special, something very ordinary...but because St. Valentine is coming I decided immediately to be something related to it. That's why my muffins are chocolate and inside I put a small surprise :) A strawberry cake pop!!!! Then for the decoration on the top I used pink cream cheese frosting and a stick with paper decoration, again related to St. Valentine.

The cookies are vanilla. I decorated with fondant. I didn't do any fancy decorations because these cookies are for my kids afternoon snack :)

The big heart cookie is for my husband :)

Пролетна тортичка

След тези студове, всички сме зажъдняли за малко пролетно настороение, за малко цвят и аромат. Студът,който ни скова през последните няколко дена, предизвика в мен неистово желание да направя някоя цветна пролетна тортичка...

А тази тортичка е за наши приятели. Реших и на тях да им поднеса малко пролетен аромат под формата на торта :)

Тортата е с ванилови блатове,а кремчето е ягодово. И за да няма сърдити, тортата е зафилена с шоколадов маслен крем и леко покрита с шоколадов ганаш. Имаме си и малко ядки -филирани бадеми и цветенца от маслен крем. Масленият крем го разделих на две и го оцветих в лилаво и розово. Използвах,така популярните в последно време руски накрайници за пошове. Е,определено,не ми се получиха цветята като на клипчетата,които изгледах. Дали защото държахкремът по-дълго на стайна температура, дали защото нямам опит с тях, не знам. Но времето ще покаже,защото сериозно съм решила да се захвана с екпериментите :)

Е, това бе първият опит. Дано поне тортата да е вкусна и да се хареса на нашите приятели. Но това,ще разберем малко по-късно :)

Silvia is the lady who ordered this cake for her mom. She gave me the idea sending a photo of a similar cake.

This is not the first time you hear about this fantastic lady. Last time I made a pale pink cake for the baby shower of her newly born baby-girl. Congratulations, Silvia!!!!

This cake is chocolate with chocolate frosting inside. All other decorations are made out of fondant.

LEGO cake

Happy birthday, Boyan!!!! Be very happy and healthy boy!

You can easily find what was Boyan cake wish :) Lego,of course! The boys at that age simply adore all Lego productions.

 All decorations for this cake are made out of fondant beside the LEGO candy-bricks that I bought especially for the decoration and to make the kids happy. My experience is that all kids adore these candies :)

I made some LEGO bricks out of fondant too.
