Harry Potter's cake

Do you recognize the cake theme this time????Yes,of course, it's Harry Potter!

And this is my first cake based on Harry Potter. For sure, it's a thrill!

The original idea for this cake unfortunately doesn't belong to me. A lady sent me a picture with similar cake and she asked me to make the same one for her daughter.

The cake is made out of thin layers of chocolate and vanilla. The cream is out of white frosting with strawberries. All the decorations are made out of fondant.

Homemade sweet treats

Today I'll share with you the sweet treats that I prepared in the last weeks for different people, for different occasions.
First I made some chocolate cake pops. Some I covered with ground pecans, some I rest without any decorations, some I covered with pink sprinkles.

Now I'll share with you my husband's present that he gave me some months ago...

It's a ready-made muffin mix that I have to add only some water, vinegar and oil.

And the last sweet treat that I have baked these days are these vanilla cake pops that I covered with blue sugar. I prepared them as a small gift for a lady that I have never met but I have spoken with several times on the phone. These calls were enough to accept her as a friend. Very calm and intelligent voice and I am sure she is a very good person.

Princess muffins for my princesses

These chocolate muffins I made for my kids especially my two daughters. First I bought the cupcake decoration kit and immediately I decided to surprise my kids. I liked very much the baby pink color on the paper cups.

This cupcake is for us,the adults :)

The muffins were very delicious and my kids adored them.

Chocolate love cake

This chocolate cake was ordered by a man for his girl-friend as a surprise. What a sweet surprise!!!! But the cake is not so important. The most important is the gesture, the way to express and show your love to your friend.

I hope that the lady will be pleasantry surprised. And I hope that the couple will always keep the love in their hearts.

The cake is made out of decadent chocolate layers. The filling between each layer is different. The first one is made out of cream cheese and chocolate frosting. The second filling is made out of country style cream with chocolate frosting and the third filling is with Nutella. On the top of each filling I spread finely ground pecans.
The cake is covered by chocolate frosting and on the top I spread ganache. The cake was supposed to be without any decorations just the message. That's why I left it like this. Only I added the four white pearls and the three chocolate roses....

Minion cake

Minions are coming again :)
My cake was Stanimir's cake wish for his 8th birthday. His mom called me and ordered the cake. The lady asked me for a non-fondant cake. That's why only the decorations are made out of fondant. Even the Minion is made out of ice Krispies covered by fondant.

The cake is made out of vanilla and chocolate layers gently attached by my favorite cream filling - mascarpone ans wild berries (strawberries and blueberries)

Happy birthday!!!! Have a great birthday party!!!!

Christler Junior Baptism cake

Today it's a very special day for Christler Junior and his family. Today is his baptism day. And for this beautiful moment his mom arrange a memorable party. The lady ordered a cake and cookies from me.
I'll start today with the cake....

Vanilla cake with filling made out of mascarpone ans organic blueberries. This cake is covered by white vanilla frosting and the decorations are made out of fondant.

Happy baptism day, dear child! Best wishes for this new step in your journey of faith.

Let's start with the cookies for this beautiful baptism party. I baked more than 3 dozens of cookies. Half of the them are regular, vanilla cookies. The other half are cinnamon. The last ones I covered with white fondant and I made a cross. The regular cookies I covered with blue fondant and I put down the boy's name.

Then I put each cookie in a separate plastic bag and wrapped with a ribbon. These cookies are special gift to all guests at Christler Jn's baptism party.

Then came the final step - to arrange them in the boxes and everything was ready to be delivered.

Happy baptism, dear child!!!!
