Cake with roses

This birthday cake was ordered as a surprise for a beautiful lady. The surprise was made by her boyfriend. He found and liked a lot a similar cake in the net. He loved the red roses. 

The red roses are the most important part of this cake. That's why now I'll share with you all my photos taken with the roses. I'm sure at a certain point you will be fed up with my photos but...that's me😊

Let's stop with the roses... I'll give you some details about the cake. It's a very chocolate one! Chocolate layers, chocolate light and fluffy cream filling, chocolate ganache...Everything else is fondant.

Chocolate and mascarpone

Only at first sight you may think that this is a very chocolate cake. Behind the chocolate the layers are vanilla and the filling is made out of mascarpone and wild berries. The decorations are dripping chocolate, macaroons, chocolate candies Lindt, Raffaelo , chocolate sticks, Oreo cookies...

Transformers cake

Happy birthday, Isaac! Be happy and healthy child!

This year Isaac's cake wish was a Transformer's cake. His mom bought his favorite character that was put on the top of the cake.

Isaac's mom sent me a photo of a similar cake that her son loves a lot. The cake is made out of chocolate layers and fluffy vanilla cream filling.

Barcelona cake

This birthday cake was for Konstantin's 10th birthday party. This year Konstantin's cake wish is  based on his favorite soccer team - Barcelona and mainly on Messi. That's why his dad chose Messi's photo and sent it to me. The photo is edible (icing sheet).

The cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers with fluffy vanilla cream. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Aviation cake

This birthday cake is made out vanilla layers and light and fluffy cream filling. I used two different cream fillings-chocolate and vanilla. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. All decorations are edible. I used golden edible spray for the continents and some of the other decorations.
