Super Mario cake

Happy birthay,Dani!
I wish you an amazing birthday party!

This year Dani's cake wish is Super Mario. The two characters are plastic toys ordered especially for this cake. All the other decorations are made out of fondant.
The cake is vanilla with cream filling made out f mascarpone and wild berries.

Liam's super heroes

Happy birthday, Liam! Be healthy and happy boy!

This year Liam's cake wish is this cake - number 4 with his favorite Marvel characters. The cake idea was sent to me by his mom who found the photo in the Internet.

The cake is made out of chocolate layers. The cream fillings are two different. The first one is coconut like Rafaello candies and the second one is dulche de leche cream cheese frosting. All decorations are edible and made out of fondant.

Тортата на Зоуи

Честит рожден ден, Зоуи! Желая ти здраве, да имаш прекрасно и безгрижно детство, изпълнено с много игри и усмивки!

Това е тортата за първия рожден ден на прекрасната Зоуи.

Десерът е направен на принципа на чийзкейк - основата е бисквитена, а кремът е направен от маскарпоне, заквасена и бита сметана и вкусни ягодки. Този кремът е много подходящ на летните горещини-свеж и много вкусен. Може да бъде приготвен с различни плодове в зависимост от вкусовите предпочитания.

Тортата я направих като използвах тортен ринг с диаметър 20см. И основата и кремът имат нужда от стягане в хладилника преди да се премине към следващата стъпка...

Десертът е залят с ганаш от бял шоколад,а декорациите са френските макарони, фонданови цветя и едно зайче за рожденичката.
