Healthy granola bars

Today I'll share with you an amazing recipe for healthy granola bars. They are so delicious that I'm sure you will keep the recipe and you'll make it not only once...

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup uncooked pre-rinsed quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries work well)
  • 1/3 cup natural creamy almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup

As you can see all the ingredients are natural and good for your health. All you need is a blender and when the mix is done simply spread it over the baking pan. Use some parchment paper. The baking pan that I used is 22cm X 32cm. Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 min or until edges turn golden brown.
