This cake I made for my kids. Before I have started I asked them what flavor they would like and the answer from the three of them was immediately: "Chocolate". That's why my Easter bunny is chocolate. I baked just one layer. I planned to make something simple, not fancy but a cake that my kids like. I used fluffy butter cream for the decorations, some of it I colored and I added also some sweetened coconut flakes.
I hope my easy-to-make cake can give you an idea how to surprise your kids with sweet Easter surprise.
