Halloween cake

That's my this year's Halloween cake for my kids. It's chocolate (everyone likes chocolate) with colored in orange butter cream. I used jelly candies in the shape of Halloween ghosts and pumpkins. I decided to use them in fault line cake. Unfortunately, the candies were too big and I didn't want to use a lot of butter cream around the cake because finally the cake will be too sweet and buttery...

I used some thematic edible pictures and sprinkles. I made the cake 3-4 days before Halloween as a sweet surprise to my kids.

Happy Halloween! Trick or treat?

I made these cupcakes for my kids and their friends. Everyone likes the chocolate and that's the main reason why I baked chocolate cupcakes with chocolate chips inside. I decorated some of them with very light chocolate cream or with colored in orange butter cream. Some of the decorations on the top are made out of fondant, some are paper decorations,some are decorated only with sprinkles.

Happy Halloween everyone!

This cake I made for my kids and their friends. My daughter has a friend at home, my son invited his 2 best friends for a sleep over and I decided to make a surprise for the kids.

The cake is very light. I didn't use any fondant or any butter cream neither any frosting. The cake is covered by colored in orange whipping cream. The decorations are edible candies and chewing gums. I used some sprinkles too. The layers are chocolate (my kids favorite) and the filling is Oreo cream.

Halloween cupcakes

Happy Halloween everyone!

These are my last Halloween cupcakes for this year. I made them for our friends and mainly for their kids.I hope they will like them.

Half of the cupcakes are vanilla and the other half are chocolate with chocolate chips. The cream on the top is butter cream colored in purple,orange and green. I used different kinds of decorations - paper and plastic ones, chewing gums, candies, sprinkles...

Halloween is just around the corner...The kids are excited. The costumes are bought. The candy bags are prepared and ready to be filled with delicious and colorful candies.

Here are my other suggestions for a sweet Halloween :)

Cherry cupcakes colored in orange and decorated by green and purple buttercream on the top. The other decorations are paper skulls, pumpkins, spiders, skulls made out of Candy Melts, "eye" chewing gums , sprinkles....
