Christmas is almost here...I made so many Christmas logs this year but I have posted only couple of them. They have been taken just before I was ready to take any pictures...Anyway, here is one of my Christmas logs that I made for my family - vanilla sponge with fluffy chocolate cream and chocolate ganache on the top.
