Chocolate heart cake




This cake is very ordinary without any fancy decorations, without any fondant...Simple but unique in its specific way.



Decadent chocolate layers with very delicious filling with mascarpone, black cherries and agave syrup. At the very beginning I planned to make a naked chocolate cake. But later on I decided to keep it as light and fresh as possible. I didn't want to use any butter cream. At the very last moment I decided to spread some melted chocolate around the cake (to attract my kids). My idea was to keep the cake very simple.


Unfortunately, my pictures were taken at night without any day light. The cake didn't survive till the next day and that's why I can't offer you better photos...:(
