Is there a child who doesn't like Winnie the Pooh?!? At certain age all kids adore this famous character. Some young friends prefer their cake to be with figures of all the characters made out of fondant or gum paste, some prefer them in plastic - to have a memorable toy from their birthday.
Next cake is for the first birthday of a cute boy. For his birth I made that cake.
An year later his mother ordered for him Winnie the Pooh. She wanted the cake to be just the head because at that young age her son is attracted by the specific shape and color. He will not pay attention if there are too many details. The boy gives a big smile every time when he sees his yellow friend. And that was true...when the moment for the candle came, the boy recognized Winnie giving him a big charming smile and of course, trying to touch him or probably to hug him:)
