Bouquet of flowers

Happy birthday, dear Viki! Be very happy girl! I wish you an amazing and memorable birthday party!

The cake idea came from Viki's mother. The lady sent me a photo of a cake from the net which she likes a lot. I used the idea and added some unique details. I want to make for Viki the one and only cake!

The cake layers are colored in purple and pink. The cream filling is made out of mascarpone cheese, sour cream and vanilla frosting. It's light and irresistibly delicious.

The invited kids are 15 and that's why I made 15 fondant flowers on the sticks.
