Happy birthday, Doby! I wish you happy childhood!
That's 1st birthday Doby's cake. It was ordered by his dad who shared with me that Doby likes very much trains and balloons. And here we go...
The cake is combination of vanilla and chocolate layers and the filling is vanilla and chocolate fluffy cream. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache. The train is made out of Rice Crispy and fondant. The decorations are made out of frosting and fondant.
