These are my St Valentine's cookies. I baked them mainly for my kids. I prepared them for February 10th - the orthodox St. Valentine. I wanted to keep them as simple as possible, no fondant, no fancy decorations, something simple and tasty, something for the morning, something for the afternoon coffee, something sweet that can bring smile...
My cookies are delicious. Every single bite is melting in the mouth. They are made with honey and cocoa, with chocolate ganache and...and a lot of love!
