Nikola's cake

Това е тортата за рождения ден на нашия син Никола. Малка торта, само за смейството, с много шоколад. Блатовете са шоколадови, кремът е шоколадов - суис меринге, леко филирана с шоколадов ганаш и декорирана с най-разнообразни сладости. Най-накрая за разкош, тортата бе леко покрита със златист ядлив спрей.

Никола, нека животът ти бъде пъстър и сладък като твоята торта! Обичаме те!!!!

Alex birthday cakes

Happy birthday, Alex! I wish you all the best!

Last week Alex celebrated his 9th birthday. He got 2 cakes for his special day - one when Alex celebrated with his family and one for the party with his friends.

Today I'll share with you both cakes.

And here is the other cake. Both of them are vanilla with light and fluffy vanilla cream. The cakes are covered by colored in blue butter cream. Only the decorations are made out of fondant.

Watermelon cake

Here we go...that is Kalina's birthday cake. That's the one that my little girl asked me for her birthday. I was so surprised when Kalina shared with me her cake wish. Of course, Kalina and me, we both adore watermelons but I was really surprised when she asked me for it.

The cake is chocolate covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. Everything else is my painting :)

Unicorn emoji cake

Happy birthday, dear Kalina!!!! We love you!!!! Be happy and keep always your charming smile!!!!

This year Kalina's cake wish was unicorn cake. But not the original unicorn...She insisted to make her an unicorn emoji cake. I found a template that Kalina approved and here we go... Besides the cake I surprised her with these unicorn cookies.

The cake is vanilla with colorful sprinkles inside. The filling is light and fluffy chocolate cream - Kalina's favorite. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. I used also colored butter cream.

Kalina's cake wish wasn't only the unicorn emoji cake. There is another one but I'll share with you in my next post. Can you guess what it can be?

St.Valentine's honey cookies

These are my St Valentine's cookies. I baked them mainly for my kids. I prepared them for February 10th - the orthodox St. Valentine. I wanted to keep them as simple as possible, no fondant, no fancy decorations, something simple and tasty, something for the morning, something for the afternoon coffee, something sweet that can bring smile...

 

My cookies are delicious. Every single bite is melting in the mouth. They are made with honey and cocoa, with chocolate ganache and...and a lot of love!
