New Year's cake

Today I'll share with you my last for 2018 cake. It's a birthday cake for a very nice lady. She asked me for a raw cake. This year I made a birthday cake for her daughter. It was again a raw one. 

 
The main layer is made out of ground almonds and walnuts, dried dates, cranberries and raisins, chia seeds, coconut milk and coconut oil.
The top layer is made of previously soaked and ground cashes, fresh blueberries, chia seeds and water. The cake is covered by shredded coconut flakes. The bird is made out fondant.
