My Christmas roulade some days before Christmas :) I made it yesterday for my family.
It's made out of vanilla layer gently wrapped with mascarpone cream. I added some wild berries into the cream and some sour cream. I wanted to prepare delicious but very light dessert.
That's why on the top of the roulade I spread a little bit of chocolate frosting.
I don't want to sound very selfish but the dessert was so good, so irresistibly delicious that I ate two pieces for less than two minutes.
