This purple cake I made for Tsveti's 18th birthday. Tsveti is the second daughter of a friend of mine. The mom asked me for the cake because the whole family wanted to surprise their daughter for her special day.
The cake is traditional Ferrero Rocher cake. No doubt - a lot of chocolate and hazelnuts :)
Then I wrapped the cake with the purple fondant. My friend explained me how gentle and delicate is her daughter. I have seen her. Tsveti is very beautiful and charming. That's why immediately I decided to add the purple lace and to decorate the cake with flowers. Roses, of course!
