Cake with horses

This cake is for Sara - very charming young lady with very interesting background. The stories that she shared with me were very exciting. We both have the same enthusiasm of traveling around the world, meeting new people, different cultures. As you can see from the photo her hobby and passion are the horses. She asked me for very simple cake but because she mentioned the topic "horses" the decision for the cake decoration was taken immediately. By the way the cake was made with rich and moist chocolate layers and my favorite filling of mascarpone and strawberries.
