Happy birthday, Anthony! I wish you an amazing birthday party full of nice surprises!
The idea for Anthony's first birthday cake was picked up by his mom, of course 😉
His mom sent me a photo of a similar cake.
Anthony's cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers gently attached by the delicious cream filling made out of mascarpone and fresh strawberries and blueberries. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. The decorations are made out of fondant too except the balloon. I used Styrofoam ball that I covered with fondant.
