Dinosaurs cake and cookies

These dinosaurs cookies are for Junior's birthday. Happy birthday, dear Junior!

Besides the vanilla cookies decorated with fondant and edible dinosaurs pictures Junior got a birthday cake :) Again with dinosaurs :) The cake is vanilla with light vanilla cream. I used also colored in green butter cream and colored in green white chocolate.

Anthony's first birthday cake

The idea for Anthony's first birthday cake was picked up by his mom, of course 😉

His mom sent me a photo of a similar cake.

Anthony's cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers gently attached by the delicious cream filling made out of mascarpone and fresh strawberries and blueberries. The cake is covered by chocolate ganache and fondant. The decorations are made out of fondant too except the balloon. I used Styrofoam ball that I covered with fondant.

Frozen cake

Happy birthday,Valerie! I wish you an amazing birthday party!

This year Valerie's cake wish is Frozen. As probably you probably know this week we can see on the big screen Frozen II. It's such an excitement to all of the kids :)

The cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers with light vanilla cream. Then I used chocolate ganache and all the decorations are made out of fondant. I used also silver snowflakes on an edible paper.

Rainbow cake

Happy birthday, Mika! I wish you a wonderful birthday party!

Mika's mom sent me a photo of a similar cake and she asked me to make one for her daughter's birthday party. The cake is chocolate with whipped cream filling and fresh blueberries and strawberries. The rainbow is made out of fondant. The candies are M&M's. I used small marshmallows for the clouds.
