PINK cake

Happy birthday, Kristina! I wish you good health, a lot of happiness and good luck in everything!

Today's Kristina 16th birthday. Congratulations!!! That cake is her wish. Her mom sent me a photo of a similar cake and here it's mine :)

Vanilla layers with fluffy vanilla filling, everything covered by white chocolate ganache and pink fondant. Enjoy it (at least the photos)...

Gucci cake

The Gucci cake is for Erik's birthday. It was ordered by his mom as a sweet birthday surprise.

The cake is chocolate with fluffy chocolate cream. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Chocolate, dried fruit and nuts

This cake was made out of finely ground nuts (walnuts and almonds) and dried fruit (dates and cranberries). I added coconut milk with chia seeds,lemon zest and lemon juice. The fresh fruit are only on the top of the cake. The chocolate ganache was made with coconut milk.

I hope the people who tasted the cake, they liked it. It's different from the everyday desserts that we eat and in that way, it's special and unique. It was supposed to be for a party where some of the people have gluten intolerance...

I adore that kind of raw cakes. They are delicious and flavored by the raw nuts.

Naked cake for Nikoleta

Happy birthday, Nikoleta! I wish you all the best! Enjoy your birthday party!

This year Nikoleta's mom chose for her daughter birthday party a naked cake. The lady asked me for flowers, bees, ladybugs and butterflies. And here it is! My cake for Nikoleta's 5th birthday.

The cake is a combination of vanilla and chocolate layers and the filling is also a combination of fluffy vanilla and chocolate cream.

Some of the flowers and the ladybugs and bees are made out of fondant. The other flowers are made with colored butter cream using the Russian tips.

And now some pictures from my outside photo session :) As you know I adore taking photos and later on it's so difficult to choose the right one. That's why I leave this important task to you! I'll give you a choice :) 

I fell in love with this cake and that's why I couldn't stop taking pictures. 

Princess cake

Happy birthday, Madi! Be very happy girl! Enjoy your childhood!

This year Madi's cake wish is a princess cake. Her mom bought the real princess and I added it to the cake. It's made out of white layers (only egg whites) and fluffy chocolate cream, a little bit of white chocolate ganache and dress made out of fondant.
