This cake is for a very spacial party - 3 close friends will celebrate together their birthdays. One of these 3 friends is Vili who wanted to surprise her friends with the cake.

The cake is a mix of chocolate and vanilla layers gently attached by filling made out mainly of mascarpone. The cake is covered by ganache and around the cake I used finely ground almonds. I used also for the decorations French macaroons, almonds, hazelnuts, candy pearls, chocolate truffles...
