Viki's cake

Today it's time for Viki's birthday cake. 

Happy birthday, dear Viki! I wish you lovely childhood full of smiles and happy moments! All the best to you and your parents!

Yesterday Viki celebrated her 10th birthday. I believe she had an amazing party, lots of gifts and beautiful surprises.

Her cake was ordered, of course, by her mom. She mentioned flowers and unicorns and look at what I created in my mind...

The cake is vanilla - vanilla layers with vanilla filling. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Cake with pink bows

This cake is for a special birthday. Yes, I know, you'll tell me all birthdays are special and that's true. But this one is for a lady who celebrates today her 65th birthday and the whole family will surprise her. A lot of amazing surprises are waiting for her today...

The cake is one of them. The daughter of the lady who celebrates today ordered the cake. She is an amazing woman, so friendly, so charming, a loving daughter who wants to surprise her mom with something sweet, elegant and beautiful. The lady sent me a picture of her cake wish and here I share with you what I made for her....

You know I adore taking pictures. And although I am not a professional photographer I can't stop taking them and sharing them with you :)

The cake is vanilla with light vanilla filling (vanilla custard). I used also fresh strawberries pieces adding the final touch to the cake. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Happy birthday, dear Vili! Be very happy! Enjoy your birthday and I wish you all the best!

This cake is for a very spacial party - 3 close friends will celebrate together their birthdays. One of these 3 friends is Vili who wanted to surprise her friends with the cake.

The cake is a mix of chocolate and vanilla layers gently attached by filling made out mainly of mascarpone. The cake is covered by ganache and around the cake I used finely ground almonds. I used also for the decorations French macaroons, almonds, hazelnuts, candy pearls, chocolate truffles...

This year Nicole's cake wish is Emoji.

She asked me for party emoji and here it's my creation...

The cake is chocolate and the filling is chocolate and vanilla. All the decorations are made out of fondant. The party hat is made out of Rice Crispy covered by fondant.

Ariel cake

Happy birthday, dear Tsveti!!! Be very happy girl! Enjoy your birthday party!

This year Tsveti cake wish is Ariel. her mom called me and ordered the cake. Together we decided that it will be better idea if I put a small figurine, Ariel, on the top of the cake. Hopefully, I found a very beautiful cake decoration :) I hope Tsveti will like it too....

All decorations on the cake are made out of fondant. The only exception is Ariel. I used white and blue frosting, some brown sugar representing the sand, some candy pearls.

The cake is made out of chocolate layers with light vanilla cream.

And now let's make a tour around the cake inside, at home. The snow started falling so quickly that I was scared I'll destroy the cake with the snow flakes...I hope you are not tired to take another look at the cake...
