Let's start the day with Minnie Mouse cake - a cake that I made for the first birthday of a very charming girl Simona.
Simona's mom sent me pictures of two different Minnie Mouse cakes and finally we picked up the idea of this one. I find it very pretty and suits very well for this beautiful girl Simona.
The cake is vanilla with vanilla filling cream. I added fresh wild berries - strawberries,blueberries and blackberries in the filling. All decorations are made out of fondant.
