Strawberry cake

Strawberries, strawberries and some raspberries (just for fun). This cake is pink inside with very strong strawberry flavor. It is made of three layers and all of them are attached by very delicate cream made out of mascarpone, sour cream and ...fresh strawberries. This cake is baked in Bundt cake pan and the hole in the middle is filled with the same mascarpone cream that I used between the layers. This time I didn't use fondant.
