This Hawaii cake is made out of walnuts. The layers are tender and delicious including finely ground walnuts. The cream filling also includes ground walnuts. The sand imitation around the cake is again made out of walnuts. The waves are Italian meringue blue-colored cream Most of the other decorations are fondant and some of the "big waves" are made form rice paper.
I was very lucky that day because the weather was beautiful and I was able to take more photos outside. Here are they😊
