The base of my last raw cake is made with ground dry figs, raw hazelnuts, almond butter, chia seeds and coffee.
The cream filling is made out of mascarpone and melted chocolate. On the top I spread some cocoa powder and fresh raspberries.
Recipe:
Base:
- 160 gr. dried figs
- 150 gr. hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- chia seeds
- coffee
Cream filling:
- 500 gr. mascarpone
- 210 gr. chocolate, semi-sweet, melted
