I wanted to make a flamingo cake a long time ago. Unfortunately, till this moment I haven't been asked for that theme cake. I planned to make the flamingo dessert for my daughters' parties but...the unicorn and the galaxy wishes won the competition.
Today is our 15th wedding anniversary. Two days ago while I was wondering what to make for my husband the pink idea came into my mind. And nothing could replace the pink flamingo..

The cake is made out of pink strawberry layers and the filling is cheese cake. The beautiful pink birds are made out of fondant.
