Today is Toma's 3rd birthday....Happy birthday!!!! I wish you all the best, be healthy and happy boy!
This cake is raw. It's made out of ground hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds. I added also soaked and ground dried fruit - dates and raisins. The cake is covered by very thin layer of coconut cream and decorated with fresh fruit. To keep longer fruit freshness I covered them by agar-agar. Only the stars with the name are made out of fondant.
