Make-up cake

This cake is for the 14th birthday party of a beautiful young lady. Her mom ordered the cake sending me a photo of a similar cake found in the net. 

The cake is made out of vanilla layers and vanilla cream filling. All decorations are edible made out of fondant.

Treats for the family

Today I'll share with you some sweet treats that I had prepared for my family. First, I'll start with mini Pavlova cakes with whipping cream colored in pink. The decorations are fresh blueberries and raspberries.

Next treat is one of my favorite cakes - chocolate layer soaked with coffee and cream made out of mascarpone, sour cream and wild berries. I adore that cream. It's so fresh and light and irresistibly delicious!

Pink cake

This pink cake is for a birthday party of a young girl. The cake idea was picked up by her mom who sent me a photo of a similar cake. The cake is made out of vanilla layers with fluffy vanilla cream filling. The pink cream is butter cream. The other decorations are made out of fondant.

Cake with roses

This birthday cake was ordered as a surprise for a beautiful lady. The surprise was made by her boyfriend. He found and liked a lot a similar cake in the net. He loved the red roses. 

The red roses are the most important part of this cake. That's why now I'll share with you all my photos taken with the roses. I'm sure at a certain point you will be fed up with my photos but...that's me😊

Let's stop with the roses... I'll give you some details about the cake. It's a very chocolate one! Chocolate layers, chocolate light and fluffy cream filling, chocolate ganache...Everything else is fondant.

Chocolate and mascarpone

Only at first sight you may think that this is a very chocolate cake. Behind the chocolate the layers are vanilla and the filling is made out of mascarpone and wild berries. The decorations are dripping chocolate, macaroons, chocolate candies Lindt, Raffaelo , chocolate sticks, Oreo cookies...
