Fault line cake

Today my husband has a birthday. Happy birthday, my love! I wish you all the best! I wish you good health and an year full of joy and happiness!

I decided to try for the first time to make fault line cake. That kind of cake is so modern last months. I made a very small cake (15 cm diameter) and not very tall because it's only for our family. 

The layers are chocolate (for my kids 😋 ) and the filling is made out of mascarpone and wild berries. This cream is my husband's favorite. Then the cake is covered by swiss meringue butter cream colored in orange. The orange is my husband's favorite color.

I hope he will gonna love the sweet surprise tonight. (especially the message 😉 )

Universal studio cake

This Universal studio's cake is made out of vanilla layers and delicious mascarpone cream filling with fresh wild berries.

The toys are plastic decorations. They are popular characters from different kids' movies that you can see in Universal Studios Hollywood.

Rolex cake

This cake was a surprise for a birthday party.

It's red velvet with cream cheese filling. All of the decorations are made out of fondant and gum paste. I used golden edible spray too.

Space cake

The cake idea came from Liam's aunt. She sent me some photos of similar cakes. Liam's cake is chocolate with fluffy vanilla cream with fresh strawberries. The cake is covered with blueish icing. The planets and the rockets are made out of fondant. I used a lot of different sprinkles and edible stars.

There are some chocolate muffins for Liam's birthday party. I used colored in blue butter cream, the Moon is fondant and the stars are made out of edible paper.

Demetra's birthday cake

Happy birthday, Demetra! Be very happy girl! Have an amazing birthday party!

These roses are Demetra's cake wish. The girl picked up a cake that I made some years ago for another girl. She asked for a blue heart cake with roses.

The cake is chocolate with chocolate butter cream filling. All this is covered by chocolate ganache and blue fondant. All decorations are made out of fondant and gum paste.
