This vintage car cake was ordered for a birthday party. It was surprise cake for the man who celebrates his birthday. As you can guess his hobby are the vintage cars...especially Ford 1932.
The car is made out of Rice Krispy, chocolate ganache and fondant. The cake is with chocolate layers soaked with coffee and the fillings are chocolate and Raffaello cream.
I hope it will be a nice birthday surprise:)
