Giraffe cake

Today is Alex birthday...Happy birthday, dear Alex! Be happy and healthy child! Enjoy your birthday party!

Alex cake was ordered by his loving grandma. She asked me to make a cake with everything what Alex loves - giraffes, train and...airplane. Yes, you are right. You can't see the plane. Finally, together with Alex's grandma we decided to get rid of the plane and to leave the train and the giraffes. 

Alex's grandma asked me for a cake without fondant and all the decorations to be done like cookies. For example, all the giraffes and the train are vanilla cookies decorated by fondant. I used green colored butter cream and chocolate ganache on the top of the cake. 

By the way, the cake is vanilla with light vanilla cream.

The stones are edible chocolate candies.

Red velvet cake

This naked red velvet cake is for the 3rd birthday of a friend's son. The lady liked one of my red velvet cakes that I made not a long time ago. It was again a naked cake but with chocolate ganache on the top. This time as you can see it was made with dripping white chocolate ganache.

Animal cookies

These animal cookies are for a friend of mine. The lady ordered the cookies for her son and his friends from the daycare. Her son had a birthday last week and she wanted to surprise him with these sweet treats.

Wedding anniversary cake

This cake is for 30th wedding anniversary of a nice couple. The lady ordered the cake for her family.

I wish the couple a lot of happiness together, love and support!

The cake is made out of vanilla and chocolate layers with very light and fluffy vanilla cream and delicious fresh raspberries. It's covered by chocolate ganache and decorated by fresh fruit, meringue, edible pearls, macaroons and chocolate sticks. By the way, the 30th wedding anniversary is the pearl anniversary. That's why I added these white and pink edible pearls as decoration.

Pokemon cake

That's Pokemon cake is for Madlen's 8th birthday. Happy birthday, dear Madlen! I wish you an amazing birthday party tonight!

The cake is combination of vanilla and chocolate layers with fluffy vanilla filling. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Cracked cookies

Yesterday morning without any special reason I decided to make these delicious cracked cookies. It's not the first time I baked them. I remember last year or two years ago when I baked them for my family how quickly they disappeared. Everyone liked them.

Yesterday it was the same :)

Orange cake

That's my orange cake for my family. Yesterday I decided to surprise them with something different. I like very light and fluffy creams without butter. That's why I made a lemon filling. My kids adore jello and that's why I made an orange jello with some tangerine pieces inside. I baked a red velvet layer to reach nice contrast and to make something with my favorite colors - yellow, orange and red.
